Blaze the Cat and Silver the Hedgehog previously met Chris the Wolf during the events of "Sonic the Hedgehog 2006" as he was battling a group of robots and was doing fine until he caught sight of her. According to Chris at the time, "Your nice eyes shined too much and I got distracted!" Nevertheless, he assisted both Blaze and Silver in their search for Sonic. After returning to their dimension along with Chris, the three of them defeated Iblis. Silver attempted to use himself as a vessel but was rejected. Blaze decided she would sacrifice herself. However, before she could seal Iblis, Chris grabbed the Emeralds they were using and Iblis was taken into his body instead. Blaze questioned, "Chris! Why are you doing this?!" Chris laughed softly as he turned to his friends with teary eyes, "Because when you fall in love someone, you do crazy things....Now, SEAL ME WITH THIS MONSTER AWAY FROM HERE!!!" The two couldn't believe what they were seeing and hearing but, after arguing, they finally performed the deed. As his spirit flew away, Chris' final words echoed, "I'll never forget you two, the only friends I had..."

After Mephiles' defeat, history was restarted but somehow, the trio's memories were somewhat retained of the events that occurred. Blaze and Silver were constantly reminded of "a cheerful wolf" everyday but his face was never shown. They remembered that he was in the realm of Sonic the Hedgehog and so, they found a way to return to Sonic's dimension, where the wolf was in. After being successful in crossing dimensions, they immediately found him and they questioned who he was. After catching a glance at them, Chris' memories were suddenly jogged as he spoke their names. Hearing that familiar voice, Blaze and Silver recognized Chris and they exchanged happy greetings. Chrie was sleuthing around Mobius, hearing of Eggman's plans to take over the world again. After asking if they would help, Blaze and Silver happily agreed. Team Absolution has now reunited and are planning to stick together for a long time.

Blaze the Cat (14 years old):
A pyrokinetic princess of an alternate dimension, Blaze has decided to return to Sonic's dimension to help him against Dr. Eggman, along with her friends Silver the Hedgehog and Chris the Wolf. Before meeting the two, Blaze was constantly teased as a child for her fire abilities, causing her to be very anti-social. After meeting Silver, she became a bit more comfortable with other people and that improved after finding Chris. Blaze and Silver thought they would never see Chris again after Iblis was sealed inside him. The timeline resetting after Mephiles' demise, the three of them only had scattered memories of each other, while Blaze and Silver were together. Hoping to join up again, Blaze and Silver searched for the wolf in their memories inside Sonic's dimension and they found their friend once again. After stopping Eggman, Blaze plans to stay in Sonic's dimension, no matter what the cost.

Blaze can propel herself at high speeds and can manipulate fire out of her fists, making herself very useful in clearing out a path.

Silver the Hedgehog (14 years old):
Blaze's childhood friend, a white hedgehog with psychokinetic abilities, Silver has been known to be naive around his friends, being reminded by Blaze and Chris on occasion. Nevertheless, Silver remains a key member to the team. After Chris' sealing, Silver was depressed even though he didn't know why. Images of "that wolf kid" kept appearing in his mind day after day. Settling on trying to find him, him and Blaze agreed to try Sonic's dimension first in their search. In no time at all, on a deserted beach, they found Chris wandering around for "his best friends". After speaking to each other, they recognized the missing friend and they recovered their memories. The emotions after the reunion now burning hot, Silver now focuses on stopping Dr. Eggman's plans for world domination.

Silver has the ability to attain flight for a certain amount of time, which has been shortened due to having to carry his teammates. He doesn't mind it though.

Chris the Wolf (15 years old):
The oldest of the group, although he acts as a kid sometimes. Chris once hid his sad soul with a cheerful exterior, sadness coming from the death of his family while he was 5. Chris traveled the world alone, finding a way to survive. A year later while living in a Japan-esque town, Chris met a hero who was called "The Great One". After becoming his apprentince for several more years, Chris matured greatly and learned how to defend himself. He also made a personal goal to make friends, although unsucessful mostly. After wandering around on a beach, he was attacked by a group of robots and was handling them just fine. Blaze and Silver arrived, looking for a blue hedgehog named Sonic. Becoming distracted by their appearance, Chris became in need in help. After thanking them and deciding to team up with the two, Chris bonded with them while having dangerous adventures to stop the Iblis Trigger. After meeting again for several months, Team Absolution has gotten back together to stop Dr. Eggman's scheme.

Thanks to years of intense training with others and by himself, Chris has many martial arts styles at his disposal, along with supernatural strength, speed, and using special attacks using his "chi".
